We provide an all-in-one event management, ticketing, and analytics platform accessible via our web application and mobile applications (iOS and Android).

2. Information We Collect
To provide our ticketing, event hosting, and account management services, we collect specific categories of personal data when you create an account, register for events, or process transactions:
Used for account authentication, ticket delivery, event updates, and customer communications.
Used to personalize user profiles, issue event tickets, and identify event organizers/attendees.
Includes payment tokens, billing details, and transaction history required for ticket purchases.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data strictly with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements:

4. Account & Data Deletion (In-App Deletion)
Users can delete their account and all associated personal data directly from within the Occasia mobile application at any time.
How to delete your account from within the app:
- 1 Open the Occasia mobile app and log into your account.
- 2 Navigate to your Profile or Settings screen.
- 3 Tap on Account Security or Delete Account.
- 4 Confirm account deletion. Your account, profile, email address, name, and associated data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
Alternative Request Method:
If you are unable to access the mobile application, you can also submit a data deletion request by emailing info@occasia.tech with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". All associated personal and financial information will be permanently scrubbed from our active servers within 30 days.
5. Data Security & Retention
We enforce strict technical and organizational safeguards, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law (such as financial reporting compliance).
